This week in AI class, our preschoolers discovered how to use AI tool and synchronize both spoken and sung voices to automatically create a talking/singing character video.

The children:
๐ŸŽต Sang a short song with rhythm and clear pronunciation
๐ŸŽญ Chose characters and backgrounds that matched their song
๐ŸŽ™ Recorded their own voices
๐Ÿค– Watched AI transform a still character into an animated singing video

Through the activity, students discovered that the AI character does not actually โ€œunderstand emotionsโ€, it follows sound patterns from their recording and synchronizes the mouth movement automatically.

They also learned an important AI concept:

What made the activity exciting was seeing their originally โ€œboringโ€ character suddenly come alive with animation and their own voice! The children loved hearing themselves through the character and experimenting with how the AI responded to different singing styles and rhythm.
