Sometimes breastfeeding guilt isn’t really about breastfeeding.
Sometimes it’s about the old belief that you must perform to be worthy.
So when breastfeeding doesn’t go according to plan, it doesn’t just feel disappointing.
It feels personal.
The latch struggle feels like failure.
The formula top-up feels like defeat.
The pump output feels like a report card.
But your baby’s love was never dependent on ounces, exclusivity, or perfection.
Maybe the question isn’t:
“Why can’t I do more?”
Maybe the question is:
“Who can I talk to about this?”
❤️ You deserve support too. ❤️

Yes, we should normalize breastfeeding and pumping at the workplace. It shows that women can continue being productive professionals while still providing nourishment for their babies. Returning to work does not mean the end of breastfeeding.
Notice:
Breastfeeding and lactation services will be stopped temporarily for 1 month due to some family emergency reasons. Sorry for any inconvenience.

From ICU & OT… to supporting mothers and babies in a different way.
Same clinical mindset.
Same heart.
Just a new purpose.
I used to ask: “How much blood loss?”
Now I ask: “How can I support you on your feeding journey?”
Because breastfeeding (or pumping) isn’t just about numbers, ounces, or perfection.
It’s about real life, real challenges, and real mothers trying their best every single day.
In my consultations, we focus on:
• Holistic support — not just latch or milk
• Your physical, emotional & practical challenges
• Evidence-based guidance, without pressure
• A safe space — no judgement, ever
Whether you breastfeed, pump, mix feed, or are still figuring things out…
You deserve support that meets you where you are.
Because what gets supported, gets sustained. And what feels safe, grows.
To every mother reading this —
You are not alone. You are doing better than you think.
Secretory IgA: forms a proctective barrier on mucosal surfaces ( gut & respiratory tract)
Lactoferrin: inhibits bacterial growth by sequestration of iron, antiviral and antiinflammatory properties.
Lysozyme: break down bacterial cell walls
HMOs: prebiotics for beneficial gut bacteria, prevent pathogens from binding to infant’s gut
Leucocytes: living immune cells
Cytokines: regulate infant’s immnue responses
Low pump output doesn’t mean low milk supply.
A breast pump is simply a tool —
it doesn’t always reflect how much milk your body is actually producing.
At our clinic, we provide support and education for breastfeeding mothers using breast pumps as a tool to express milk whenever needed, such as:
• When mother and baby are separated
• Preparing to return to work
• Relactation
• Induced lactation
We offer 3 types of pumping support services:
