Proud to announce another achievement from our student!

To Qin Hong and Zi Xian:
Two years. 730 days of relentless dedication, sweat-drenched mats, sore muscles, and pushing past the limits of what you thought you could handle.

While others chose comfort, you chose the grueling path of endless training, refining every strike, every block, and every technique until excellence became second nature.
Now, the moment you’ve poured your souls into has finally arrived. Stepping onto the tatami at SUKMA 2026 to represent Penang isn't just an opportunity—it's a testament to the sheer discipline and heart you’ve shown over these past two years. You didn't just earn your spot on the team; you fought for it through every single session when no one was watching.

Key Strengths to Carry onto the Tatami

Unshakable Foundation: Trust the thousands of repetitions behind you. Your instincts are sharp, your technique is solid, and your muscle memory knows exactly what to do under pressure.

Resilience Under Pressure: When the arena gets loud and the intensity spikes, remember the toughest training sessions you survived. You've already built the mental toughness needed to stay calm, focused, and lethal.

The Pride of Penang: You carry the spirit of your coaches, your teammates, and your home state with you. Let that fire fuel your power, not weigh you down.
Control the tempo, fight with total conviction, and leave everything on the mat.

You’ve put in the work—now go make it count and bring glory home to Penang!

We will always be PROUD OF YOU BOTH, GAMBATEH, SENPAI!
