再创佳绩！🚑🏆

在 2026 年槟州常年急救与护理比赛 State First Aid and Nursing Competition 2026 中，本校圣约翰救伤队表现优异。比赛于 2026 年 3 月 29 日 在 Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang 举行。本校共派出 6 支队伍参赛，其中 4 支队伍荣获佳绩。其中，女子初中组更是连续三年夺冠，再次为校争光！

Outstanding Achievements Once Again! 🚑🏆

Our school’s St. John Ambulance Team achieved outstanding results at the State First Aid and Nursing Competition 2026, held on 29 March 2026 at Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang. A total of 6 teams participated, with 4 teams winning awards. Notably, the Nursing Junior Team successfully retained its championship for the third consecutive year!

EFA Camp 2026 ✅

🚑 我校圣约翰救伤队于 2026 年 3 月 7 日、14 日及 15 日这三天举办了一年一度的训练及基础急救考试。此次考试旨在让新成员学习基础急救知识，使每位新成员能够获得认证，成为合格的急救员。

Our school, St. John Ambulance, held its annual Essential First Aid camp on March 7th, 14th & 15th. This camp aims to let new recruits learn basic first aid, ensuring they qualify as first aiders.

❤️‍🩹 新成员们在前两天的训练中学习了多项急救技能与理论知识，包括心肺复苏术的操作方法、噎食急救处理、包扎以及伤员搬运等实践内容。

New recruits train on both theory and practical first aid for the first 2 days, including proper technique for CPR, emergency procedures for choking, bandaging methods, and safe transportation skills.

✍🏻 在最后一天，新成员们进行了急救理论笔试及实践测试，为这三天的训练画下句点。此外，中四成员也于这一天回校进行实践测试及线上急救理论考核，以更新各自的圣约翰救伤队会员证。

On the last day of the camp, new recruits had their theory and practical assessment. At the same time, Form 4 members returned to the school to undergo their practical and online tests to renew their St. John membership ID.

🌻 我们由衷感谢各位官员及老师在百忙之中抽空前来训练场地指导与协助。同时，也希望每位成员都能通过此次训练与考核，更加熟练掌握所学的急救知识，并在日常生活中加以运用，为有需要的人提供适当的帮助。期望成员们在未来能够更加积极、认真地参与我校圣约翰救伤队的各项活动与培训。

We would sincerely like to thank the officers and teachers who guided us throughout the camp. We also hope that every member can pass their tests and apply these skills in daily life. Fingers crossed that our members will be more active in the future.

St. John Ambulance HEBB Motivation Camp 2025

我校圣约翰救伤队于 2025 年 12 月 21 日至 22 日，成功举办了一年一度的激励营。本次营会主题为 ✨“Celestial Carol”✨。
On 21 - 22/12/2025, the members of HEBB St. John Ambulance's Motivation Camp organized the annual motivation camp. This year's camp is themed ✨"Celestial Carol".✨

❄️ 第一天，我们邀请了来自圣约翰救伤队总部的官员，为队员们进行伤患模拟课程（Casualty Simulation）。官员指导队员辨认不同类型的伤口、制作模拟伤势，并学习如何给予适当的急救处理。
❄️ On the first day, we invited an officer from the St. John Ambulance headquarters to conduct the Casualty Simulation course. The officer trained the members to identify different types of wounds, create simulated injuries, and apply appropriate treatment methods.

💫 此外，第一天也进行了多项站点游戏，让各组队员累积积分，为第二天的终极游戏做好准备。队员们积极策划策略，与其他队伍竞争，以争取积分。
💫Many station games were also carried out on the first day of the camp to accumulate points for the big game on the next day. The members were planning many strategies to compete with other teams to earn as many points as they can.

🕵️ 第二天，营会迎来了重头戏——谋杀之谜（Murder Mystery）大型游戏。队员们需要相互讨论、解开各种谜题，同时躲避追逐者的追捕。此活动不仅考验思维能力，也增进了队员之间的默契与情谊。
🕵 Finally on the second day, we held the big game, Murder Mystery which the members had to discuss among each other to solve different riddles and puzzles while also avoiding getting caught by the chasers. This event allowed the members to bond and get to know each other.

🎉 本次激励营旨在让队员们结交新朋友、放松心情并享受团队活动的乐趣。我们衷心希望所有队员都能从此次营会中获得鼓舞与成长。
🎉 This camp aims to let the members make new friends and to have fun. We hope that all members can be greatly encouraged by this motivation camp.

我校圣约翰救伤队队员近日前往峇央峇鲁消防局，参与了一项关于学习灭火知识与紧急反应的消防课程。活动由一位经验丰富的消防长官以一场精彩的演讲拉开序幕。长官向我们讲解了各类消防术语与安全原则，并在课程结束后安排测验，以确保大家真正掌握所学知识。
Our school’s St. John Ambulance members recently took part in a fire fighting course to learn more about fire safety and emergency response. The session began with a short lesson on fire terminology and safety principles, followed by a theory test to check our understanding of the topics covered.

完成测验后，我们便前往练习站进行实操学习。成员们亲身学习了灭火器的正确使用方法。长官更是以汽油点燃火焰，让我们现场体验灭火的过程。除此之外，我们还有机会在长官的监督下操作消防车水管，学习如何喷洒水以扑灭火势。
After the test, we moved to the practical section, where we tried using dry powder and CO₂ fire extinguishers. We also had the chance to handle the fire truck’s water hose, spraying water under the guidance of the instructors. It was a fun and meaningful experience that taught us useful skills for real-life emergencies.

这次的经历让我们收获满满，不仅提升了紧急应变的能力，也掌握了许多能应用在日常生活中的实用技巧。衷心感谢峇央峇鲁消防局以及指导我们的长官，让我校圣约翰救伤队队员们获益良多！

🎀2025年9月12日，恒毅分校圣约翰救伤队为中五的队员们举办了一场温馨的欢送会。当天我们也邀请了几位老师一起参加。经过讨论后，大家决定在一家餐厅举行这场聚会。
On 12 September 2025, the St. John Ambulance HEBB committees organized a farewell gathering for the Form 5 members. The teachers were also invited. After discussion, we chose to hold the event at The Roost.

📸欢送会当天，大家一边享用美食，一边聊天欢笑。饭后，全体队员和老师一起拍了几张大合照，留下了美好的回忆。最后，聚会在轻松愉快的气氛中结束，中五的队员们也依依不舍地道别。
During the farewell, everyone enjoyed the food while chatting happily. After the meal, all members and teachers took group photos together as a memory to keep. In the end, the party ended in a warm and joyful atmosphere, and the Form 5 members said their reluctant goodbyes.

💫没有一场宴会会永远继续，每一次离别，都是为了下一次再相见。愿所有中五队员未来一切顺利，在人生的道路上继续努力发光。我们会记得一起奋斗的日子，也不会忘记你们的付出！

恒毅分校圣约翰救伤队国庆日游行 31/8/2025
HEBB Merdeka Parade 31/8/2025

💐我校圣约翰救伤队的 33 位队员于 2025 年 8 月 31 日参与了槟州第 68 届的国庆庆典与游行。此次国庆庆典与游行于 Stadium Batu Kawan 顺利举行，场面壮观而令人振奋。槟州圣约翰救伤队汇集了槟州 10 所中学的 257 名圣约翰救伤队队员一同参与此次的国庆游行兼步操。我校圣约翰救伤队倍感荣幸得以参与此次的国庆游行，这份机会属实难得！
On August 31, 2025, 33 members of our school’s St. John Ambulance division took part in Penang’s 68th Merdeka Parade at Stadium Batu Kawan. The event brought together 257 St. John members from ten secondary schools across the state. It was a proud and rare opportunity for our team.

🇲🇾以确保我们以最好的姿态迎接庆典，在国庆日前的好几个星期我们已于圣约翰救伤队总部开始了密集的步操训练。步操是一项需要极高意志力与团队默契来呈现整齐步伐的运动，因此每次的抬手与跨步，都成了整齐的关键。作为此次国庆庆典最大型的队伍，蓝天白云见证了我们为了在庞大的队伍里呈现整齐的步伐所付出的汗水与努力。
Weeks before the parade, we underwent intensive marching training at the St. John headquarters. Marching needs strong teamwork and discipline—every step and arm movement must be synchronized. As the largest contingent this year, we trained hard under the open sky to achieve perfect coordination.

📣国庆庆典当天，我校队员于凌晨四点半到本校集合，并乘坐巴士前往场地。十点四十五分，我们整装待发。口令一出，队员们立刻进入状态，自信而坚定地迈出每一步。沿途观众的热情为我们注入力量。抵达主要表演范围时，大家精神集中、动作整齐，力求展现最佳风采。步操结束后，一瓶清凉的矿泉水也让我们倍感舒畅。
On the day, we gathered at our school at 4:30 a.m. and took the bus to the venue. By 10:45 a.m., we were ready. As the command were given, we stepped forward confidently, motivated by the cheering crowd. As we approached the main stage, we marched with even greater focus and energy, determined to make a strong impression. A refreshing bottle of water afterward felt like a deserved reward.

🏆最终，我们荣获了非政府组织组别的步操冠军！这是我们共同努力的见证，也是我们辛勤付出的每一滴汗水所换来的荣誉。虽然过程艰辛，但我们深感值得。汗水换来的荣誉令我们无比感动与自豪，而队友们间所展现的团结精神更是值得赞叹！
We were thrilled to win first place in the NGO Marching Category—a reward for our hard work and unity. The effort was intense, but the result made it all worthwhile.

💐 2025年7月23日，恒毅分校圣约翰救伤队第八届年度大会圆满结束。对中五成员们来说，这是一个缱绻离别的日子。
The Annual Inspection and 8th Annual General Meeting of HEBB's St. John Ambulance was held on 23/7/2025. For Form 5 members, it was an extremely memorable day.

🚨 活动开始前，全体成员在多用途区整齐排好三排。当音乐响起，大家便随着音乐高唱国歌、州歌和圣约翰救伤队队歌。此次我们非常荣幸邀请到恒毅圣约翰救伤队永久名誉主席 ——拿督斯里叶谋通先生，以及荣誉顾问 ——黄嘉禾长官出席。在委员们的安排指导下，庄严的年度视察也随之开始。
The event began with all the members lining up neatly. As the music was being played, everyone proudly sang the national anthem, state anthem, and St. John anthem. We were honoured to have Pengerusi Kehormat of St. John Ambulance SMJK Heng Ee, Dato Seri Yeap Beow Chong and Penasihat Kehormat, Mr. Wong Kah Hoe to join us. Under the committee’s instructions, the inspection began smoothly.

🔖 年度视察结束后，全体成员于 DK200 参加年度大会。全体成员专心聆听顾问老师、恒毅圣约翰救伤队永久名誉主席—拿督斯里叶谋通先生和主席的致辞。接着，秘书和财政分别汇报了本年度的工作与财政报告。而最备受期待的环节——2025/2026 新委员名单，也欣喜公布。
After the inspection, everyone gathered at DK200 for the AGM. Everyone stayed quiet and listened to the speeches carefully given by the teacher-in-charge, Pengerusi Kehormat of St. John Ambulance SMJK Heng Ee, Dato Seri Yeap Beow Chong, and president. Then, the secretary and treasurer shared their yearly reports. After that came the most exciting part — the announcement of the 2025/2026 committee members.

📸大会接近尾声时，大家一同观赏了献给中五前辈的纪念视频，感谢他们这五年来的辛勤付出。纪镜头流转间，中五队员们悄悄抹去眼角反光——那些在经历过程中所付出的努力及艰辛，仿佛都在这一刻有了真正的价值。最后，所有成员、委员和老师们一同拍摄了大合照。随着中五成员的告别，恒毅分校圣约翰救伤队2024/2025学年正式画下美丽的句点。
As the event came to an end, all members watched a tribute video for the Form 5 seniors. While watching, they wiped their tears and smiled at the memories. The event ended with a big group photo of all members, committees, and teachers. With the Form 5’s farewell, the HEBB St. John Ambulance 2024/2025 term officially came to a close.

✨ 恒毅国民型华文中学峇央峇鲁分校于 7月10日举办了第四届常年运动会。运动会旨在培养学生的团队协作意识和体育精神。经过数月的刻苦训练，我校圣约翰救伤队在步操比赛中荣获季军🥉！
SMJK Heng Ee Cawangan Bayan Baru organised its 4th annual Sports Day on 10/7/2025. Our St. John marching team participated in the marching competition, competiting alongside 5 other uniform bodies. HEBB SJAM managed to secure a spot on the podium with 2nd runner-up.

❤️‍🔥 步操本身就是一项对体力和意志力都有严苛要求的运动。不仅如此，步操这项活动尤其考验团队的默契与配合。在一次次的训练中，我们经历过失误和批评，但这些都化作了前进的动力，让我们的配合愈发默契，最终在比赛时呈现出最完美的表现。
Marching requires discipline, synchronisation and stamina. Of course, we often made multiple mistakes during training, but these mistakes made us push ourselves even more and gave us more motivation. Eventually, we performed our very best on the competition day.

💐为了此次比赛的胜利，我们曾呐喊过、哭泣过、争吵过，在磨炼中愈发团结。此刻，我们的眼中唯有胜利。这份来之不易的胜利，凝聚着每位队员的心血与汗水。虽然这次的比赛中仍存遗憾，但我们不会因此而气馁，而是吸取教训，来年以更昂扬的姿态再战赛场！
Although we shed many tears for this competition, we ought to never give up. We hope to prove ourselves again and to show what we're truly made of. Let's continue to work hard and secure a victory next year!

2025年3月5日，我们为新进入圣约翰救伤队的中一成员们举办了一年一度的迎新日。这个迎新日举办的目的是为了让中一的学生们深入了解圣约翰救伤队及认识每位顾问老师和执委。
On 5/3/2025, St. John Ambulance HEBB held its annual Orientation Day for the new Form 1 members. The main purpose of this event is to allow our new members to have a deeper understanding of St. John Ambulance and to get to know our teacher advisors and executive committee members.

我们以唱国歌，州歌及圣约翰救伤队歌来开幕本次的迎新日。接着，我们邀请了总顾问老师致辞，并鼓励成员们积极参与各种比赛与活动。当然，迎新日也少不了主席，秘书及财政呈现的报告。报告完毕后，我们向新成员介绍圣约翰救伤队的一些基本知识。
We kicked off the event by singing the national anthem, state anthem and St. John Ambulance anthem. Then, our teacher advisor gave a welcoming speech and encouraged the new members to actively participate in various competitions and activities. The Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Exam & Record and Duty in-Charge also and introduced some basic knowledge of St. John to the new members. Our Junior in-Charge also briefed the Form 1 members about the upcoming activities and rules & regulations they would need to follow.

在一片热烈的掌声中，圣约翰救伤队迎新日圆满结束。通过这次的活动，中一的新成员们了解了圣约翰救伤队，希望他们能为团队贡献力量，发扬圣约翰救伤队的精神！
The HEBB St. John Ambulance Orientation Day 2025 soon came to an end with success. Through this event, the new Form 1 members were welcomed to the big family of St. John Ambulance. We hope that they can contribute as much as they can in the coming years and lead St. John towards a brighter path!
