Neurofeedback Training is similar to exercising your brain. It’s like putting your brain on a stair stepper to exercise certain regulatory functions of your brain so it functions better at all time.
Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback that measures brain waves to produce a signal that can be used as feedback on brain activity to teach self-regulation.
