“Transforming Malaysian ESL Teaching in Post-Normal Education: Generative AI, Students’ Responses, and MADANI-Oriented Pedagogical Practices among In-Service English Teachers”

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggeris, respons murid terhadap pengajaran berasaskan AI, serta amalan pedagogi berteraskan nilai Malaysia MADANI dalam era pendidikan pasca normal.

Sasaran responden:
✅ Guru Bahasa Inggeris sekolah rendah dan menengah di Malaysia
✅ Pernah menggunakan AI seperti ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva AI dan lain-lain dalam PdP

TODAY : Word Wizards Workshop at SK Ayer Manis! 🪄📚✨

Had such a fun and meaningful time conducting this workshop together with Teacher Syaza 💙❤️ From the activities to the laughter and all the excited little faces, everything felt so enjoyable and special.

The pupils were honestly AMAZING , super well-mannered, clever and active too! 🥹 Their energy made the workshop extra lively, and seeing them so excited to learn English really made my day. Some of their answers even made us laugh and smile the whole session 😂✨

Special thanks to Teacher Sailaja, the Head of English Panel, for inviting us and making this workshop happen smoothly. Thank you for the warm hospitality and kindness throughout the programme 🌸

I truly enjoyed every moment with the wonderful pupils of SK Ayer Manis. Hope to see all these little word wizards again someday! 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️💫

Workshop on Effective Marking & Exam Paper Preparation (Tips for UASA) ✨📚

I had the opportunity to conduct this workshop yesterday with the amazing SRIDE English panel 💙

From rubrics to results, we explored how to achieve accurate marking and build quality exam items together 🎯✍️
It was such a meaningful session filled with sharing, discussions, and lots of practical ideas!

Thank you to all the dedicated English teachers of SRIDE (Sekolah Rendah Islam Darul Ehsan, Subang Jaya) for your active participation, positive energy, and enthusiasm 🌟

✨HOW TIME FLIES!✨

It has been almost a year since the SRIDE English Panels and I last met. Last year, I was invited to share insights on Item Construction (JSU & JSI). This year, I am thrilled to be back for a hands-on session on Marking and Paper Preparation. This marks our second meeting, and I can’t wait for tomorrow!

✨Throwback : Write Like a Pro: Essay Writing for English ✨

Didn’t get the chance to post earlier, but I’m still feeling so grateful for the opportunity to be one of the speakers for this amazing workshop 💙

Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first, but once I started sharing, everything felt so natural 😇🥰 Being able to talk about writing sentences, sharing simple formula to write emails and connect with the pupils was such a meaningful experience for me 💫

As an English teacher, moments like this remind me why I truly love what I do ❤️

Special thanks to my partner in crime 😉🤪Teacher Syaza who made this journey even more enjoyable and memorable! ✨

Also, heartfelt appreciation to SK Sungai Rambai especially Teacher Shahida (TIC) for the opportunity and warm hospitality (Nasi lemak sedap!) throughout the workshop 🥰😍

I can't begin to express how much I enjoyed sharing insights and tips with all the pupils. Their energy and enthusiasm were truly infectious!

I'm still beaming from the session, but right now I'm driving back home, so I can't wait to give you a full breakdown and share some of the amazing moments. 🚗💨

✨Perkongsian Pengalaman Memohon Guru Cemerlang (GC) PPD Batu Pahat✨

I had the honour to be one of the speakers at the “Perkongsian Pengalaman Memohon Guru Cemerlang (GC)” session during the Taklimat Promosi Urusan Pemangkuan GC in PPD Batu Pahat. 🏫

It was amazing to share my journey, the challenges and the experiences I’ve learned along the way with fellow teachers who dream of becoming Guru Cemerlang. 🌟 I hope my story gave some motivation and encouragement to everyone there.

Over 100 passionate teachers attended the briefing, and wow… seeing so many teachers eager to grow and make a difference really warmed my heart. 💕📚

To all aspiring teachers who are future GCs: keep believing in yourself, keep learning, and never stop aiming for excellence. Your hard work will definitely pay off! 💪✨
