Empowering the next generation of technical talent and bridging the gap between education and real-world industry demands lie at the core of the ViTrox TVET initiative. Recently, we held the ViTrox TVET Open Day at Dewan SMK Valdor to demonstrate that TVET is a premier pathway to significant career opportunities, rather than a fallback option.

During the session, we shared comprehensive insights into our six-month work-based learning program, where students develop industry-ready skills directly within actual working environments. To ensure this education remains accessible, the pathway provides zero tuition fees, a monthly training allowance of RM1,700, and hands-on exposure backed by over 45 industry partners.

We extend our sincere gratitude to YB Goh Choon Aik and Dato’ Chu Jenn Weng for their special addresses highlighting the critical need for competent talent in Penang's technology sector, as well as SMK Valdor for hosting the event.

ViTrox remains steadfast in our commitment to cultivating a highly skilled talent pipeline to sustain and elevate the local semiconductor and automation industries.
