RUNTECH is an online service that analyses your running form. We observe how you run naturally, and whether your movement patterns are optimizing or hindering your running economy. RUNTECH analyses significant aspects of your running form including Running Stride, Running Posture & Running Gait. We then provide you with personalized recommendations such as strength & conditioning exercises, running drills, movements & stretches to address your specific issues. All you need to do is select your required package, and send us a video of you running. Your video needs to be based on simple guidelines that we can provide you with.
