🌬️ 🌬️ Take a deep breath before a newborn’s routine starts 👶🏻
Spending time with a newborn can be full of joy 🥰,
but also full of tedious routines like feeding 🍼, diaper change and sleeping 💤!
If one of the routines is not taken well, it will affect the baby’s emotions!
Let’s discover a newborn one-day routine ✨
🚼Sleeping
Newborns spend most of their time sleeping between feeds 💤
They may be asleep for 16 hours in a 24-hour period ⏰
🚼Feeding
Newborns need about 6-8 feeds in a 24-hour period 🍼
For breastfeeding, the baby needs up to 12 feeds per day 🤱🏻
🚼Cuddling
Cuddling helps the baby develop a secure attachment to you 👐🏻
