We’re excited to announce a one-day freediving workshop in Kuala Lumpur with Fatima Korok, a World Record Holder in Free Immersion (FIM 102 m) and elite competitive freediver.

Fatima is known not only for her depth achievements, but for her mental strength, calm under pressure, and efficient approach to training and performance. Having progressed to the top level in a relatively short time, her methods are highly relevant to divers seeking sustainable improvement.

This workshop is designed for certified diver to competitive ahtlete and will focus on:
• FIM & DNF technique refinement
• CO₂ tolerance and breath control
• Mental preparation and composure
• Training structure, peak performance & competition mindset

📅 Date: 18 January 2026
🕘 Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm
📍 Venue: The Campus, Ampang (Pool session)
💰 Fee: MYR 680
