Alhamdulillah, during today’s TKRS session, our Primary 4 students learned how to prepare sandwiches from scratch.

More than just making sandwiches, the session focused on learning how to use kitchen tools safely and responsibly. Students were introduced to basic cooking safety, including how to handle a portable stove, use a knife properly, manage cooking oil, and handle hot water with care. They also learned how to boil eggs and make scrambled eggs the right way.

A meaningful hands-on experience that builds both life skills and confidence, step by step.

STEM Week in action.

Students explored the science behind floating and movement by creating their own boats using simple materials: foam, balloons and straws. Through this hands-on activity, they discovered how air pressure can generate motion, and how buoyancy keeps their boats afloat.

Learning science doesn’t always stay in books. Sometimes, it floats, moves, and comes alive right in their hands.

Alhamdulillah, STEM Week brought our students to Pusat Sains Negara Wilayah Utara.

From technology and medicine to machines and geography, students explored and discovered so many new things beyond the classroom.

A meaningful day filled with curiosity, hands-on learning, and new experiences.

STEM in action today.

Our Primary 1 to 4 students explored the magic of science by creating their own volcano eruption models using simple materials from home. From mixing ingredients to watching their “lava” flow, the excitement was real!

Learning doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, the best discoveries start with the simplest things.

STEM Week Kicks Off!

We started the week with a fun and meaningful activity: Let’s Go Shopping!

Our students stepped into real-life roles as young shoppers, exploring three different “stores” - Book Shop, Food Shop, and Toys Shop. Along the way, they learned how to manage their money, make smart choices, and understand the value of what they spend.

It was more than just play. It was hands-on learning that builds confidence, independence and essential life skills.
Learning becomes truly powerful when it feels this fun.

At Addien School, our Primary 1 students begin their journey with a special Transformation Program.

This programme is designed to gently guide them into the school environment; helping them build confidence, become more independent and develop a love for learning.

Throughout the programme, students will:
- Adapt to their new school routine and surroundings
- Strengthen their foundation in 3M — reading, writing & counting
- Learn in three languages: Bahasa Melayu, English & Arabic
- Enhance their Al-Quran reading and tilawah
