Cardiac arrest can happen anytime — at home, in the office, at the gym, or even during a family gathering. The first few minutes matter. Your hands can save a life.
That is why we are offering a FREE 2-hour Adult CPR + AED Course for the community every last Sunday of the month:
🗓 Schedule:
📍 9:00am – 11:00am
📍 1:00pm – 3:00pm
In this session, you will learn:
✔️ How to perform high-quality CPR – theory and HANDS-ON Practical
✔️ How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✔️ How to respond confidently in an emergency
No medical background needed.
No experience required.
Just a heart willing to learn. ❤️

Thank you Dato Lai See Ming , Dato Mah Weng Kwai, Dato Sri Dr. Yee Thiam Sun, Madam Karen Lim and Khun Worawan of Royal Thai Embassy, Kuala Lumpur for their leadership in facilitating this mission and their full support. St. John Ambulance, Penang and St.John Ambulance Malaysia Selangor Selatan KSS play a crucial role in this mission bringing relief to many in the flood disaster.
We also Proud of Kawasan Seberang Perai ( Province Wellesley ) Area Sargent Major Chew Teik Howe and Division Officer KV Chin volunteer themself to take part of this journey. Bravo !!! Nevertheless Also State Officer Brandon and State Sargent Major Goh Khai Boon and National Officer Eugene Wong the TEAM Leader as well.
Service for Humanity
From 26–29 Nov 2025, St. John Ambulance of Malaysia (SJAM) carried out a cross-border medical mission to Hatyai, Thailand, treating over 120 flood-affected residents and rescue personnel. Coordinated with local partners and the Royal Thai Embassy, the team provided essential care, managed chronic conditions, and referred critical cases to hospitals.
