Ever wanted to learn to Freedive? Well now you can! I am a PADI Freediving instructor and I offer courses here on the island. You can go all the way and do the full 3 day course to learn breath hold techniques as well as depth training in the ocean.
Or if you just want to learn breath hold and relaxation techniques to be more comfortable in the water (if you’re a swimmer for instance) then you can do the Basic Freediver course with me in the pool! It’s a great course for anyone who wants to challenge themselves further or just to be stronger and more comfortable in the water. Drop me a DM if you’re interested! 🤙🏼
