Last week I was in a hillside artist village in the heart of Mexico with my mom and sister. San Miguel de Allende is full of history, culture, amazing food, murals, art classes, galleries and cobblestone streets. I’ll be posting something each day this week about our trip. 🇲🇽

Feeling like a celebrity 💁🏼‍♀️✨

We spent the weekend in Joshua Tree, three families with 12 total kids, scrambling boulders and exploring this huge beautiful playground. Looking through my photos (notice all that texture, line, and shape!) and feeling so grateful for the variety of beauty all within a couple hours of our home. Which of these photos should I paint in my sketchbook this week? I’m leaning towards the first one with our trailer in the background.
