She’s still teaching her body it’s safe to be taken care of after 12 years of marriage. 🙏🏾

We pray for it. We say it’s what we want. Then it shows up and we don’t know how to sit down in it. Make it make sense!

Honestly, a lot of us watched our mamas do it all alone. But does that mean we have to repeat the cycle?

Had a slow start to packing but in my defense, Jared and I nerded out about quantum physics and Interstellar which distracted meeee! 😜

I’ve got two weeks with these containers, so every new area I pack is a checkpoint to clear things out.

I let go of what I was only keeping outta guilt and kept what I actually love. 😍

That’s Phase One of the LH ( ) method. Clearing comes first, but I took breaks too, because a home your nervous system loves has room for rest! 🕸️😌

My good sis Ashley Brown sat in church and prayed for twins. Two months later, the ultrasound confirmed it.

That prayer came in the same season she was letting go of the public side of a business making more money than it ever had, because God asked her to. Talk about FAITH!?

Thank you Dr. Carol M. Martin! ‼️ When discouragement creeps in, praise is what shifts my heart back to the truth: God is still in control and He still provides. 🙌🏾

Hearing His word, praying, and praising aren’t just things I do. They’re how I remember who He is when I forget.

God is a girl dad. And in this season He’s been teaching me the difference between hearing Him and actually obeying Him. 🙏🏾

Turns out a lot of what I needed to unlearn was getting in the way of what He’s been trying to tell me all along. 🥹
