I've been focusing on navigating several significant life transitions, which has led me to step back from social media for a while. This time has allowed me to prioritize my personal growth and well-being.

So while I take my time in all of these changes in my life, I'd like to share this amazing retreat a good friend of mine who have proven time and time again that a woman can transform and liberate herself in spaces where she feels safe.

Happy to make an introduction if you are interested!

Retreats | Nadia Lune The Pleasure Witch Retreat is for women and enby beings whom desire to do life changing self healing in person with community.

Sometimes, we aim for perfection instead of looking for what is real in our lives. It takes a lot of honesty to ourselves when it comes to our emotional reality. We tend to be disconnected from our truth because of what society tells us to be.

Today, I want to celebrate little moments in my life that helped me deepen my relationship with my own emotional reality. Interaction that helped me appreciate what I have. The marriage dynamic that my husband and I both work hard for. My clients have taught me so much through their life experiences and pain.

Today, I invite you to just stay present with yourself and connect with what is real for you. Protect your mental space of all the bullsh*t you see in today's society, and honour the people who value you the most.

When was the last time you genuinely celebrated yourself and connected with your deepest emotional reality?

Just have to share this.

Silent work can be the most challenging work. You struggle silently, and you cherish your small wins all by yourself with the intention to ultimately achieve some of the goals you have set yourself in. When I entered University, I opted to major in Tourism Management because it ticks off the requirements that I want for my life (work with pleasure). Little did I know after moving to Canada, I would end up diving deep into the personal growth industry, resulting in where I am today.

I am excited to share that after 11 years of silent work, coaching people in the non-profit sector, and transitioning to working with individuals and couples when I start specializing in Love, S*x and Relationship. Here I am, yours truly, and officially a Canadian licensed Psychotherapist.

When I entered my master's program last year, I didn't expect to get pregnant, work full-time, or give birth while still trying to complete the program. So here I am, almost at the end of the journey of my masteral program, and I was able to obtain my license to work with people who believe they deserve better.

Sharing this small win with everyone, as I rarely celebrate myself, I'd like to start this one with many more firsts in my life. My website is LIVE, my Psychology Today profile is LIVE, my scheduling system is LIVE, my license to practice is approved, and I am ready to take on the following years working in the area I feel most passionate about - liberation and rediscovery of self!

So, if you want to support me and this new journey of mine, please type my website name in your Google search and visit my website. If you know someone in Ontario (Canada) who needs the best mental health support they can get - send them my way.

Sending so much love and gratitude to the people who have supported me in this silent work!

I am turning 32 today, and I am beyond amazed by what I've been through this past year. For the past year, I consciously choose to be low-key in my social media. I consciously choose to step into my natural flow and embrace the journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

To represent my new age, I'll share 3 things I have learned from my pregnancy and 2 about being a mother.

3 lessons I learn from my pregnancy:
1. All I can do is prepare and hope for the best. This is the time to embrace things as they come.

2. Protecting my energy means minimizing interactions with people who do not give me the positive energy I need.

3. Fear of doing the everyday things I usually do won't get me anywhere. If you can handle it, then do it and ignore the naysayers. I travelled every trimester of my pregnancy while everyone around me was terrified.

Two things I learned from being a mother

1. It is okay to admit out loud that I cannot do it all for my sanity.

2. Motherhood did not stop me from doing what I want to do and becoming the person I want to be. Stop limiting yourself and use your child as an excuse. Be sexy, fun, adventurous, and who you want to be despite being a mother.

I can't wait to share what I am really up to in the coming months. Apart from motherhood, the silent work of my bigger vision for myself takes a lot of energy.

Cheers to another year of wisdom, and wishing you all a great day on the longest day of the year!

Hello world. Reclaiming my self today.

15/09/2022

Curious about what I've been up to lately? Apart from school and work, I am designing a masterclass based on my experience and education around the following:

1. How relationship works

2. Why working on yourself first is important

3. Setting boundaries and enforcing them

4. Knowing what you want

.....and so much more!!!

Can't wait to share it soon!!! ❤

Sending so much love,
Frances G

Unpopular opinion:

Be with someone who is NOT willing to put up with your bull$hit because they care more about you becoming better as a person than you staying in your mediocre self. Be with someone who wants you to do better because it makes the relationship do better.

Yun lang. Happy Friday!

Let me just take a time out in my life and pause to celebrate this. I finished wrapping up my last client as I continue to complete my Masters's in Counselling Psychology while working on a unique program dedicated to women.

So much can change in six months. Let alone six months of your life being fully supported towards the growth and change you want to have in your life.

I'm excited to share soon more great news but for now, let's celebrate the small wins we go through in our everyday lives.

Sending so much love,
Frances G
