Guadalajara has been recognized as the Best Host City among the 16 cities selected to host matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup™.

The recognition comes from an international analysis conducted by Live Football Tickets, which evaluated all of the tournament's host cities and ranked Guadalajara in first place.In the ranking, Guadalajara outperformed Toronto, and New York.

The study considered a variety of factors, including hotel rates and their affordability for visitors, as well as weather conditions, highlighting that Guadalajara offers an ideal environment for hosting World Cup matches.

One of the highest-rated aspects was the city's level of safety for both tourists and local residents.
