I began struggling with the idea of working 9 to 5 while someone else watched after my child, so I decided on a different approach to life. We moved abroad where I was able to raise Bella on a low budget as we slowly traveled the world. Since then, we've lived in 3 countries and visited over 14. The idea of Single Moms Adventure grew when I realized the need for community for other adventurous single moms like me. I've met many of you around the world! My blog name states ‘Moms’ not ‘Mom’ because my goal is to inspire you to let go of other people’s expectations and live the life you love and love the life you live, too – whether it be traveling, worldschooling or simply taking that exotic vacation you’ve been putting off for way too long. More and more these days, I meet single moms raising healthy, amazing kids that travel and live abroad. In fact, there are over 10 million single moms heading families and 57% of these are millennials. Welcome to this lil' place online to get inspired, form a community, meet future travel buddies and gather resources.
