This week, 17 beautiful souls showed up at Upaya—not just to help set up for the new season, but to pour love into this land, this vision, and this space we’re creating together.

When people gather with a shared intention, something powerful happens.
Energy rises. Hearts open. Work becomes joy. And the impact becomes so much bigger than any one person.

Community reminds us that we’re not meant to do life alone. We thrive when we support each other, laugh together, sweat together, and create something meaningful side by side.

The world is loud right now—so much change, so much noise.
But underneath it all, the Earth keeps whispering: remember who you are.

We don’t need more division. We need more connection.
We don’t need more fear. We need more love.

Every small act of kindness, every choice to live with presence, every moment we choose joy over fear—it matters. It ripples. It heals.

The planet doesn’t need us to be perfect.
It just needs us to remember we belong to each other. 🌿✨

🔥 For those who dare to choose truth over performance, peace over people-pleasing, and healing over hustle…

I’m at a beautiful retreat in Sweden right now… with a raging bladder infection.
And today?
I skipped yoga.
Yep. My mat is empty in the video.
What?! Crazy.

This is so unlike me.
I’m the push-through-the-pain, play-full-out, smile-and-slay kind of girl…

But today, something shifted.
I became aware of this:

I am not here to play nice with my pain.
I am not here to be the favorite student, the good girl, the silent sufferer.

I am here to listen to my body.
To honor her no as holy.
To treat rest as resistance.
To make space sacred again.

I am allowed to skip class, cancel plans, or cry in the middle of a beautiful circle.
I am allowed to say, “This isn’t for me right now,” and not apologize for it.

My healing does not need an audience.
My growth does not need gold stars.
My value is not tied to how well I perform under pressure.

I choose to live in alignment, not expectation.
In sensation, not suppression.
In presence, not perfection.

Today, I give myself radical permission to:
• Listen to what hurts
• Honor what’s needed
• Say “no” without guilt
• And heal on my terms

Because this is not rebellion for rebellion’s sake—
It’s rebellion in service of wholeness.

I am the sacred rebel.
The sovereign healer.
The one who chose herself—
At least this time.

And that makes it easier to choose again next time.

It feels weird… but also like I just busted through an old, dusty paradigm that needed to go.

My bladder is whispering: “Finally.”

Anyone else out there relate?
