Viernes 13 de junio, invitamos a nuestros queridos papás y figuras paternas de KOKAI a compartir una mañana de juegos, conexión y agradecimiento.

Empezaremos a las 8:30am con las Olimpiadas Padre e Hijo, seguidas de una divertida batalla de agua estilo “Atrapa la Bandera”. Prepárense para mojarse, reírse y trabajar en equipo en un ambiente lleno de alegría.

Después, nos reuniremos para una ceremonia de medallas y un círculo de gratitud donde los niños podrán expresar su cariño y agradecimiento a esos hombres que les inspiran.

Y para los papás que puedan quedarse un rato más, ¡enciende el asador! Los invitamos a preparar hamburguesas y hot dogs, y disfrutar de una comida relajada con sus hijos e hijas.

Si el papá de un niño no está presente o no puede asistir, una mamá u otro adulto especial es más que bienvenido a acompañarlo en su lugar.

Hagamos de este día una experiencia llena de memorias, zapatos embarrados y momentos significativos.

¡Vengan vestidos para moverse, mojarse y reírse mucho!

4-4-4 Breathing Technique:

1. Find Your Space: Sit comfortably in a quiet area with your back straight. 🛋️
2. Close Your Eyes: Take a moment to relax and center your attention. 🙏
3. Inhale: Breathe deeply through your nose, counting to 4 as your abdomen expands. ➕4️⃣
4. Hold: Retain your breath for 4 seconds, embracing the calm of the moment. ⏳
5. Exhale: Slowly exhale through your mouth, counting to 4 and releasing any tension. 🌬️
