It’s one of the most common expressions in Mexican Spanish and it can mean a lot of things!

👉 It’s used to show surprise, disbelief, or even mild annoyance… but in a softer, more casual way.
It’s similar to saying:

“No way!”
“You’ve got to be kidding me!”

Examples:
— No manches, you won the lottery?
— No manches, that’s so expensive.

Cultural tip:
It’s a “lighter” version of a stronger expression, so it’s perfect to use in everyday situations without sounding rude.
