He practicado en terrazas, bosques, playas, montañas y ciudades.

Traveling and practicing yoga have more in common than we often realize.
Both invite you to step beyond what's familiar. To stay curious, adapt to the unexpected, and discover that you don't have to control every step to enjoy the journey.
I've practiced on rooftops, in forests, on beaches, in the mountains, and in the middle of cities. Every place teaches me something different—not because the landscape changes the practice, but because the practice changes the way I experience the landscape.
In the end, the best thing you can take with you on any trip is a steady breath.
Because when you know how to return to yourself, anywhere can feel like home.
