Marka Primary School. Government owned institution which strives for academic Excellency. Marka Catholic Primary School is a school under Marka Catholic Church.

It was founded in the early 1990's. It had only four classes, standard 1 to 4. Those who completed standard 4 were sent to Nyachilenda Primary School to continue their studies. In 1999 The school was moved from Marka Catholic Church premises to the current place (Ngala Village)..The School aims at be the excellent and outstanding school in the zone and district. It strives at being child friendly and a moulder of competent and literate citizens in the country.
