RECRUITMENT OF TEACHERS IN THE 2019 YEAR
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology wishes to inform all teachers and the general public that the recruitment process for both primary and secondary school teachers has commenced. This follows the sourcing of funds where Malawi Government committed to recruit over 5000 primary school and 500 secondary school teachers.
This recruitment takes into consideration all teachers under IPTE 12. It must also be noted that the sum of the cohort is less than our allocation of 8000 primary school teachers. This, therefore entails that Nobody from the above mentioned cohort shall be left behind.
This recruitment further takes into consideration Government’s commitment to reduce the high Pupil to Qualified Teacher Ratio (PQTR) between teachers and learners in the country with a goal of improving the quality of education, and also improving the welfare of our teachers.
Currently the Ministry in conjunction with Local Assemblies has finalised the allocation of teachers as per each district’s establishment. All the concerned teachers will be notified before the beginning of the next term on where to report to formalize their recruitment process by filling GP1 forms.
We are working on a smooth process to ensure that once recruited, all teachers will be introduced on payroll so that councils should not accumulate any arrears. This will be a repeat of last year, where newly recruited teachers were paid their salaries within the first month of their employment.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is committed to improving quality education as demonstrated in the recruitment of primary and secondary school teachers in the last financial year.

SO SAD TO LEARN HOW DISORGANIZED THIS GOVERNMENT IS.
1. PROMOTING THE DECEASED
2. PROMOTING THE RETIRED
3. PROMOTING PEOPLE WITHOUT DUTY STATION.
4. SOME NAMES APPEARING MANYTIMES
IN AS FAR AS WE APPRECIATE PROMOTING TEACHERS THERE IS NEED TO BE ORGANIZED. IMAGINE, PROMOTING THOSE WHO DIED SOME (5) YEARS AGO. WHO WILL RECEIVE SALARY FOR THAT GRADE? IMAGINE PROMOTING RETIRED TEACHERS WHO STARTED WORKING IN 1968, 1978, 1983. WHO WILL BE RECEIVING SALARIES FOR THESE GRADES? IMAGINE SOME APPEARING TWICE ON THE LIST. WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE SECOND CLONED NAME?
NOW LOOK AT PRIMARY SCHOOL PROMOTIONS. THE LATEST DATE (YEAR) OF FIRST APPOINTMENT IS 2000. MEANING THAT ALL TEACHERS WHO STARTED WORKING IN 2001 AND BELOW (2001-2015) ARE NOT PART OF THE PROMOTED. THIS MEANS A TEACHER IS ON THE SAME GRADE (L) FOR 18 YEARS BUT WITHOUT BEING PROMOTED. MOST OF THESE ARE THE YOUTHS (IPTE TEACHERS).
ANOTHER GROUP OF TEACHERS IS THOSE WHO UPGRADED THEMSELVES BY PAYING THEMSELVES SCHOOL FEES TO SEEK BETTER GRADES. FOR INSTANCE, FROM GRADE L TO I. THESE HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED IN TERMS OF PROMOTION. MEANING THAT THOSE ON GRADE L BUT HAVE DIPLOMAS AND DEGREES HAVE NOT BEEN PROMOTED.
THIS PROMOTION HAS BASED ON THE LONGEST SERVING TEACHERS ( RETIRED, DECEASED AND THOSE WHO WERE EVEN PROMOTED IN 2016 BUT STARTED WORKING LONG TIME A GO) ARE PROMOTED.
1. HOW MANY(PRIMARY SCHOOL) TEACHERS ARE RECRUITED IN A YEAR? APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
2. HOW MANY UN PROMOTED (PRIMARY SCHOOL) TEACHERS ARE LEFT OUT IN THIS PROMOTION, STARTING FROM 2001-2015? PROBABLY 140,000.
WE SHOULD ALSO NOTE SOME TEACHERS ON GRADE L ARE TEACHING IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS BUT ARE NOT CONSIDERED.
THE MOST AFFECTED GROUP OF TEACHERS ARE GRADE L TEACHERS WHO ARE TEACHING IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS BECAUSE THEY ARE CONSIDERED SECONDARY TEACHERS BY THEIR PAPER AND NOT BY GRADE.
IN THIS CASE, PRIMARY PROMOTION HAS DISOWNED THEM LIKE WISE SECONDARY PROMOTION. WHERE DO THESE GO.
THE MOST BURNING ISSUE IS AUTOMATIC PROM

Beloved leaders, be informed that invitation letters for interviews for lecturers have bin issued to most of the the lecturers but unfortunately some serving lecturers have bin skipped out to mean they don't need to attend becoz they are secondary school teachers. This brought tention & fears amongest lecturers. Now i want to inform all of you that we've resolved the problem with ministry of education and Teaching service comission. In this case all these lecturers are going to attend the interviews and they will be comunicated hopefully this week. Most of these are at Blantyre TTC. In the invent that they are facing challenges on the same let us know as soon as possible. TUM is finalising discussions with Govnt on how it will speed up the process of promoting primary & secondary school teachers. TUM would like to see teachers being promoted before elections. HEART BREAKING 💔💔💔
😢 😢 😢
Didn't she tell you she had a boyfriend? Why then did you keep disturbing her? She rejected your calls and you sent her text that made her pity you, she finally picks and you said all the sweet things you could think of, she ask you to stop and end the call, you kept calling, she off her phone. You continued like that after 2 weeks she feels a bit relaxed with you she now smiles when you call her pet names but refused to respond to them and still warns you to stop calling her those names because she felt uneasy and insecure about the whole thing. But you don't care and continued like that
After 45days she could kiss you on phone and tell you how much she loves you..
You invited her to your house and she found it difficult to say yes, you pretended to be angry because you now know how much she loves you, and she called back to apologize and promised to come then you smile . You quickly wash your utensils, arrange your room, bought air freshener brought out your white towel that you Don't use as usual, bought Protection and some hard drugs To Help you impress her..
Saturday came and she didn't make it because her conscience didn't allow her to come, you called and used her feelings against her, she felt so guilty and apologized !
Sunday morning she dressed for church and heads to your one room apartment, it was below her expectation compare to what you said on phone when trying to win her heart but love conquered the feeling a normal person should get from such poor impression.
She asked for a sit, you ask her to sit on the bed.
She did, you went out to buy a drink for her then she lifted the pillow and saw the protection and felt so bad and afraid of your plan, then you came in and started talking about her beauty and relationship life, she didn't want to talk about it but you insisted...
She opened up how she loved kelvin and he broke her heart and how Elvis showed her to his parents just to lure her to his bed,how Steve engaged her and was later caught red handed on top of another girl, she began to weep, she explained how she decided never to love any man again till she's ready for marriage.
You felt like a guru for winning her heart again, you went closer, held her, cuddled her, kissed her, you wanted to do it, she refused and continues weeping, you pet her the more and she melted, you went in.... She screamed, you did it too hard to impress her and she cried her soul out, and you're done!!!
You woke up, saw your protection busted, you sighed, she held you very close, she's inlove so much now, you look at her and felt disgusted, you felt "she's not even a virgin after all her pretence" then you ended the relationship in your heart, you hurried her to go home and she did.
She started calling and you started feeling like father Abraham, you suddenly became busy, you don't have her time, she came to your house after 5days of your attitude, saw you with another girl ... She cried home, waited for your calls, you felt less concern, she called you and you ignored for days....
SHE FELT PLAYED AGAIN!!!
She broke down..
She lost appetite...
She lost hope on men...
She went to mark the date on her calendar and noticed it was new month, she checked her un**es, NO BLOOD!! Jesus !!!
She missed her period...
She called and called, you kept ignoring...
She sent a message, you disappeared...
She came looking for you for weeks .
YOU PACKED OUT!!!
she took all forms of hot substances to kill the child, GOT DONE!!!
Years later she got married....
Years later she couldnt conceive....
Years later she lost her marriage....
Years later she remarried....
Years later she couldn't conceive...
The doctor came in... and said......
SHE DAMAGED HER WOMB!!!
She couldn't leave the marriage this time...
She became a slave in her matrimonial home....
Bros that is her present condition right now..
But you're happily married somewhere with your wife and family. And you talk about God and heaven right?
JUST BECAUSE OF YOU !!
JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR URGE !
JUST BECAUSE OF PLEASURE !!
Don't say you love her if you know you will cheat on her and abandon her.😭😭😭😭💔💔💔

S*x isn't enough...
It's possible for any man to ask for s*x in a
relationship, but is left for you as a lady to
know that s*x, can't keep him..(S*x isn't
There are two major factors ladies complain
about s*x in a relationship:
1. After giving him my body he left me..
2. He left because I refused to have s*x with
NOTE: Both those who gave and those who
refused to give are complaining...
( Whats the difference)
Ladies Listen, S*x isn't enough, its not the
only thing you can offer a man.
If You Don't Have Anything To Offer A Man
Outside S*x, Please remain Single...
A man can't stay with you because his
having s*x with you....
Relationship is not buying and selling.
There are much to life than Monkey style,
Doggy style, Missionary style, Apple and juice
style, step pillows style, etc ...
Are you sound intellectually? Spiritually?
Physically? Mentally? Emotionally?
Men love intelligent ladies...
Men love ladies with ideas..
Men love respectful ladies...
S*x is very cheap these days, anybody can
You need to build yourself beyond s*x.
Leave make-ups and be a productive lady.
Men are looking for ladies with ideas and
solution not those who paint their faces
with different colours.
What a man wants is beauty with brain not
make ups with b***s or hips....
S*x is not everything about life there is more
to life than s*x ..
So pls build yourself very well , so that when
the man is now coming to you your ability
to arouse his loins and his intellect is what
will keep you with the man outside that s*x
is sold on the street and he can always buy
it .. Is cheaper everyday and he can afford it.
