Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
Qualified to teach Early Primary and/or Reception level learners
Ability to teach all core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Social & Environmental Studies, and Sports/Physical Education
Strong command of spoken and written English
Demonstrated classroom management skills, especially with young children
A passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development
Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
Good lesson planning and curriculum delivery skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (for working with both children and parents)
Basic ICT skills for lesson preparation and teaching support including all class reporting.
Creative and energetic personality suited for a child-centered environment
Willingness to participate in school activities, including sports and extracurricular programs
