With over 20 participants, the session at Faragu Academy focused on bridging the gap between theory and practice in Microsoft Excel.
By mastering advanced data management and automation, these professionals are now better equipped to drive efficiency in their respective sectors—from trade facilitation to national infrastructure development.

Safety First: Empowering the Voyages Maldives Team with Fire Awareness Training 🚒🔥
We are proud to share that Faragu Academy, in collaboration with the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) Fire & Rescue Service, successfully facilitated a comprehensive Fire Awareness Session for the staff of Voyages Maldives on January 10th, 2026.
Safety is a core priority in the workplace, and with over 25 participants in attendance, this session provided vital knowledge on:
Theory & Prevention: Understanding the common causes and devastating effects of fire in a working environment.
Emergency Response: Best practices for ensuring staff safety during an incident.
Practical Experience: A hands-on session where participants learned how to effectively use fire extinguishers and eliminate fire hazards in real-time.
A huge thank you to the MNDF team for their expertise and to the Voyages Maldives team for their active engagement and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.

Training Day with the Voyages Maldives Team! 🛥️🎓
On January 7th, the Faragu Academy team headed out to train the incredible safari crew of Voyages Maldives.
While safety is vital (check our previous post on their First Aid training! 🩹), service is what makes a guest’s stay unforgettable.
Our Customer Service session saw 20+ crew members engaging in:
✅ Role-playing guest interactions
✅ Mastering the art of "The Warm Welcome"
✅ Learning advanced service recovery techniques
