UPICC 2026 – Phase Two of the Selection Process

As part of the second phase of the selection process for the UPICC 2026 Moot Competition, prospective candidates participated in a Moot Problem Session, exploring the competition proposition and demonstrating their legal analysis and advocacy skills.

The Villa Law Society (VCLS) executive members and supervisors in collaboration with the WFD met to discuss and share their findings with experts and government officials to improve the existing cybersecurity and data protection bills. This meeting helped the Society prepare to work directly with the Information and Communication Technology Committee to make sure the Maldives has stronger, more effective digital safety rules for everyone.
