Jersey Handover Ceremony for our swimming team participating in the Thiladhunmathi 4th Raajje Junior Swimming Championship 2026.

A total of 44 talented swimmers will represent our school across four age categories:

🔹 Under 18
🔹 Under 20

We are proud of the dedication, hard work, and commitment shown by our swimmers throughout their training. As they prepare to compete, we wish them the very best and encourage them to swim with confidence, determination, and sportsmanship.

This week's Key Stage 1 Grade Assembly was presented by Class 2A, with a special focus on "Being Thankful."

The students shared the message of gratitude through a variety of performances, including a drama, dialogue, song, bandhi, poem, and speech. Their presentations highlighted the importance of appreciating the people, opportunities, and blessings in our lives.

The assembly was both entertaining and inspiring, reflecting the enthusiasm and talents of our young learners.

This week's Key Stage 2 Grade Assembly was conducted by Class 4B, focusing on this month's Bingaa Theme, "Taking Responsibility."

Through an engaging story and a series of short dramas, the students demonstrated the importance of being accountable for our actions, completing our duties, and making responsible choices in our daily lives.

The assembly provided valuable lessons while showcasing the students' confidence, creativity, and teamwork.

Grade 8 English Field Trip – Mega Buy Shop

As part of their English lesson, our Grade 8 students visited Mega Buy to gain firsthand experience of shopping etiquette and customer service. The visit also provided them with an opportunity to gather information for their upcoming email writing task.
Learning through real-life experiences helps make classroom tasks more meaningful and engaging.

Today our Grade 7 students enjoyed a unique learning experience during their English period as they embarked on a field trip aboard the RTL Bus to experience public transport firsthand.

The trip was organized to make learning more engaging and exciting while providing students with a real-life experience that they can draw upon for their English writing tasks. By observing and experiencing public transport in action, students gained valuable insights that will help them create more authentic and descriptive pieces of writing.

A big thank you to Raajje Transport Link (Kulhudhuffushi City) for making this experience possible and helping our students learn beyond the classroom.

Today our Grade 9 students visited Kulhudhuffushi Airport - HDK as part of their English Report Writing task.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about various aspects of airport operations, including security procedures, passenger services, and the important roles carried out by different departments. They also gained valuable insight into the work of the Fire and Rescue Service, where firefighters conducted a fire drill demonstration and explained their responsibilities in ensuring the safety of airport users.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all the airport staff for their warm welcome, dedication, and enthusiasm throughout the visit. Their willingness to share their knowledge, explain their duties, and engage with our students made this a truly meaningful and memorable learning experience.

Grade 11 CAE Field Trip to Kulhudhuffushi Police Station

Our Grade 11 students recently visited Kulhudhuffushi City Police as part of their preparation for Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) writing tasks, where they are required to gather, evaluate, and present information from real-world contexts.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about the various departments within the police service, including Forensics, Administration, Investigation, Custodial Services, and the Front Desk. Students visited each department separately, where officers and staff explained their roles, responsibilities, and daily operations, providing valuable firsthand information that students can draw upon in their writing.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Kulhudhuffushi Police Station for the exceptional effort they put into organizing this visit. It was evident that many enthusiastic officers and staff members dedicated their time to preparing informative presentations and engaging learning experiences for our students.

Thank you for your warm hospitality and for providing our students with such a meaningful and educational opportunity beyond the classroom.
