Zikura School

Enlighten, Enrich, Empower Fuvahmulah is famous for its people’s desire to build an educated community. In the beginning only special classes were there.

With this insight, a team of Fuvahmulaku citizen has started Zikuraa School. This paved the way to the kindergarten classes. Thus, it became the beginning of preschool education in the island. During the 90’s as there were lots of children who did not get the opportunity to get secondary education, Zikuraa School initiated secondary classes targeting to science stream and dropout from mainstream e
