At the Residence Hotel, we blended leadership competencies with the art of cooking—discovering how teamwork, communication, adaptability, creativity, and leadership can come together in the kitchen just as they do in the workplace.
Our Top Chef workshop was truly great and fruitful, bringing together our talented Chefs, Meta Coaches, Mixologist, and some of the senior members of the Phoenix Beverages team. 🍽️🥂
From preparing dishes to mixing flavours, every activity was an opportunity to learn, collaborate, take initiative, and bring out the best in one another.
A wonderful experience where cooking became a powerful recipe for leadership and team spirit! 👏🔥

Culinary Workshop: A Day of Learning and Team Development
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Oceano Jewels team for a day dedicated to culinary learning and professional development. The workshop successfully combined hands-on culinary training with activities that strengthened essential workplace competencies.
Throughout the day, participants enhanced their culinary skills while developing key competencies such as teamwork, communication, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability. The interactive sessions encouraged collaboration, knowledge sharing, and creativity, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
The workshop was a valuable opportunity to reinforce both technical expertise and professional skills, leaving participants with new knowledge, stronger teamwork, and practical experiences that they can apply in their daily work.

I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to facilitate the journey of 22 remarkable leaders from the Medine Group through this supervisory development program.
