The Dissertation submission Deadline - Extended to 27 SEPTEMBER 2024

How to submit your Dissertation:

PLEASE SUBMIT BY SOFT COPY ON BLACKBOARD - IN THE DISSERTATION SUBMISSION BOX

- Click on the "Dissertation Submission Box" (Click on "Start Attempt 1")

- Submit your Dissertation (Question 1)

- Submit the 3 Additional Forms (Declaration of Originality, Copyright Statement Form and D3 Form) in the "Additional Content Box"

ADVICE:

· Please make sure your dissertation is ready by 22 Sept 2024 and keep 5 days for Safe Assign checks and fine tuning.

· Please make sure your D3 form is signed by your supervisor by the 25 Sept 2024

Important Note:

No Dissertation will be accepted after 27 SEPTEMBER 2024

Only the Similarity of The Dissertation (Question 1) will be considered

The similarity of the 3 additional documents in the "Additional Content Box" will not be considered

Dissertation deferment

If a learner has registered for the Dissertation Module but does not submit a dissertation by 27 Sept 2024 - Exams Unit will count it as a

non-submission which will consequently lead to failing the Dissertation module.

Unless that learner defers the Dissertation by sending a dissertation Deferment form BEFORE 30 SEPT 2024

You may wish to note that the fee to re-register the Dissertation module after deferment is approximatively Rs 9000 + Admin Fees - The Dissertation marks will be capped at 40 when deferred.

First Edition Beach Universiade Games 2024: 13 & 14 July 2024

The National Council for Sports in Schools and Universities (NCSSU), falling under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports & Recreation, National Youth Council, Mauritius Recreation Council and National Sports Federation are organising the 1st Edition Beach Universiade Games 2024 for university students, in line with its statutory mission to develop sports in schools and universities, from 13th and 14th July 2024.

There will be 4 events:


4 A-SIDE Beach Soccer - (MixedMen & Women) Blue Bay Beach Arena
- 2 days

Mini Beach Volley - (MixedMen & Women) Blue Bay Beach Arena - 2 days

Air Badminton - (MixedMen & Women) Blue Bay Beach Arena - 2 days

Modified Triathlon - (MixedMen & Women) - (Kayak - Cycling - Running) Pointe Jerome - 1 day
