Be the face of our company and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Position: Administrative Clerk

Job Description:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as per requirements.
• Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and other logistical support.
• Support HR and finance teams with clerical tasks, including document preparation and processing.

Candidate Profile:
• Minimum HSC or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant, with strong organizational and
multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Position: Associate Lecturer (Full Time) in the field of:
♦ Tourism and Hospitality Management
♦ Business Management

Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in the relevant or related field from a recognized institution

Experience:
At least 3 years with demonstrated experience in the field or related field.

Experience in teaching in secondary or tertiary environment would constitute an advantage

Knowledge and skills:

♦ Be able to work under pressure
