Big welcome to the next batch of our Divemaster Program and what perfect timing, just before our upcoming IDC!
Today we kicked things off with an in-depth session on the roles and characteristics of a Divemaster. From leadership and professionalism to responsibility and setting the example underwater and on land, we made one thing clear from day one, the standards are high, and the boundaries are set!
Becoming a Divemaster isn’t just about logging dives; it’s about stepping into a leadership role within the dive community. It’s about accountability, awareness, and representing the dive industry with confidence and integrity.
We’re excited to see this group grow, challenge themselves, and rise to the occasion. Let the journey begin!
