I’m reaching out again to those who contacted me back in January when unfortunately we didn’t have any available slots at that time.

You were all placed on the waiting list for April, and I’m happy to announce that a few training slots are now opening for the new intake.

If you’re still interested in starting your fitness journey with us, please contact me as soon as possible so we can secure your place.

Just to clarify, the reason I wasn’t taking new clients earlier was due to a personal injury, which limited my ability to take on more people. Thankfully, everything is back to normal now and our team is also back after the fasting period and vacations.

🥤 MY 2 ALL-NATURAL PROTEIN SHAKES (NO POWDER)

As requested by many of you who commented on my stories last time, here are my 2 favorite full natural protein shake recipes, with ZERO protein powder, ZERO synthetic supplements — only real food.

I’m proudly anti-protein powder, not because protein is bad, but because I don’t believe in relying on synthetic, high-sugar, over-processed supplements when your body can get better results from real food.

I care about my kidneys on the long run, digestion, aesthetics, and true muscle quality — and this is why I choose natural.

Sharing these recipes is one of my favorite things to do, because real health starts in your kitchen, not in a tub.

🍌 RECIPE 1 — Banana & Egg White Protein Shake (Almond Milk)

🥚 200–230 ml egg whites
🥛 300 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
🍌 1 ripe banana
🍯 1 tbsp raw honey
🌾 50–70 g muesli (oats + grapes)
🧊 Ice cubes

💪 Protein: ~22–26 g
🔥 Natural, light, energizing
✔ Perfect for pre-workout or breakfast

🫐 RECIPE 2 — Blueberry, Nuts & Egg White Protein Shake (Oat Milk)

🥚 200–230 ml egg whites
🥛 300 ml oat milk or chocolate oat milk
🫐 120–150 g fresh blueberries
🥜 20–25 g mixed nuts (almond, cashew, pecan)
🌾 50–60 g oats or muesli
🍯 1 tbsp raw honey
🧊 Ice cubes

💪 Protein: ~22–26 g
🔥 Antioxidant-rich, recovery-focused
✔ Perfect post-workout or mid-day fuel

Happy new year Hello 2026, All clients and new intake, please note that all training programs for January 2026 (Cycle 1) have now been prepared, marking the start of your 6-month coaching contract, during which your program will be reviewed and updated every month based on your progress.

If you have already received your program, please check and confirm it, and if you have not received any program yet, contact us as soon as possible so we can work on it. From February 2026, all clients will receive a personal login on our website and mobile app, where all programs and data must be registered and managed.

Please also note that if you did not pre-book your slot in December for January, your place is not confirmed; unconfirmed slots will be considered a program cancellation, and a cancellation fee will apply as per contract policy.
