Stab freeze to flare.
This is a good drill to increase control, stamina and strength endurance.
Once you can do one round of flare, you can start practice this exercise and make your flare cleaner and eventually get more strength to do more rounds.
Training by yourself can take you months, even years to perform 5rounds of these. However if you have a well defined program by a good coach, 3 to 6 months is enough to start doing combos.

Week 1
Backbend work.
We put a lot of focus on shoulder mobility and strength at the same time. They go hand in hand with each other.
We have to prepare the body, especially the shoulders to generate and absorb(during landing) tremendous amount of force in different angles during powermoves.
Below is our students as from 3years old.
