Restaurant service is already changing.

In restaurants such as McDonald’s, customers can increasingly:

🍟 Have the food brought to them

So there is an obvious question:

👉 If the digital system already knows which table ordered the food, why does a human employee necessarily need to walk from the kitchen to that table?

The important point is that this is not science fiction.
