As part of the EU co-funded EmpowerME project, our Capacity Building events brought together educators and professionals who are key in reaching and supporting children in their everyday environments. 💫

The sessions supported collaboration and mutual learning, while contributing to the development of practical strategies and tools that can be used in schools to promote children’s mental health and wellbeing. 💚

Bħala parti mill-proġett EmpowerME, kofinanzjat mill-UE, organizzajna avvenimenti ta’ Capacity Building li ġabru flimkien edukaturi u professjonisti li għandhom rwol ewlieni biex jappoġġjaw lit-tfal fl-ambjenti tagħhom ta’ kuljum. 💫

Is-sessjonijiet servew biex isaħħu l-kollaborazzjoni u t-tagħlim reċiproku, filwaqt li kkontribwew għall-iżvilupp ta’ strateġiji u għodod prattiċi li jistgħu jintużaw fl-iskejjel biex jippromwovu s-saħħa mentali u l-benesseri tat-tfal. 💚

✨ Investing in knowledge, collaboration, and better outcomes for children ✨

As part of the EU co-funded Empowering a Mentally Healthy Generation (EmpowerME) project, the Ministry for Social Policy and Children’s Rights recently hosted two Capacity Building events focused on strengthening children’s mental health and wellbeing.

The first workshop brought together educators and professionals working directly with children, while the second focused on policymakers and public sector stakeholders, exploring how child and youth mental health considerations can be better integrated into policy development, implementation and evaluation.

Delivered in partnership with University College Cork, these sessions provided valuable opportunities for learning, discussion and cross-sector collaboration, helping to build more responsive, evidence-informed and child-centred approaches to mental health.

Together, we continue working towards a mentally healthier generation. 💛
