We’ve become very good at measuring economic success.

But what if we’ve neglected some of the things that make life worth living?

Connection.
Trust.
Community.
Meaning.
Belonging.

This isn’t an argument against growth or prosperity.

It’s a question:

What are we optimising for?

Because the metrics we choose shape the future we create.

What do you think a successful society should measure?

We went to Rome for 1 night. Just my parents, my siblings and me - the original 5. And while we love our partners and kiddos beyond belief - there was something magical about being together in this way again.

I’m so aware of how fast time is passing and I’m so grateful we got to spend this time together. It will always be a special memory for me.

Thank you, God. More, please 🙏🏻✨

The success was supposed to make us feel something. A lot of the time, it doesn’t - not on its own.

That’s why I do this work.

I help top performers feel as alive on the inside as their life looks from the outside. Excel professionally. Feel fulfilled personally. Both.

If you found yourself in the carousel, I’m so glad you’re here. Follow along for honest writing on the inner life of top performers - the part underneath the success.

Many top performers unconsciously personalise their child’s difficult behaviour.

A tantrum can feel like failure.
Defiance can feel embarrassing.
Big emotions can feel like something needs to be “fixed” immediately.

But children are not miniature adults with fully developed emotional regulation skills.

They’re learning.

And often, what helps most in hard moments is not more pressure or shame - but calm leadership, boundaries, compassion, and emotional safety.

You can guide behaviour firmly while still responding with understanding.

Those two things can exist together 🤍

As humans, there are seasons where one area of our life gets more attention than another.

Sometimes we focus heavily on business and career growth… and our relationships receive less of us.
Sometimes it’s the opposite.

But whenever we decide we want to grow in any area of life, something important happens:

We have to start doing things differently.

And the brain naturally resists that.

Not because growth is wrong for us -
but because the brain likes predictability. It likes knowing what to expect.

So fear, doubt, stress, resistance, and overthinking often show up whenever we step outside our comfort zone.

A lot of people panic when their relationship starts to feel different.

More tension.
More sensitivity.
More uncertainty.

But relationships are not static.
Every new phase asks something new of us emotionally.

Often, the relationship isn’t failing —
it’s evolving.

And the real question becomes:

Can we learn how to meet each other in this new version of the relationship? 🤍

A lot of ambitious people unknowingly live in a near-constant state of pressure.

Always thinking.
Always producing.
Always trying to optimise.

But human beings were never designed to function like machines.

Some of the moments that restore us most deeply are the ones that pull us out of performance mode completely:
shared laughter, feeling understood, moving our bodies, being present with people we trust.

Not everything valuable is measurable.
And not everything productive looks like work 🤍
