Our Story
I’m a Yoga Alliance International Certified Teacher, having practiced yoga for the past 6 years, expanding my knowledge and practice with various great teachers throughout India.
I have work as a yoga teacher in both Malta and India, building different sequences specifically for individual students, group classes for climbers, Ashtanga Vinyasa classes for Beginners, Vinyasa Intermediate classes, Stretching flexibility classes and Individual yoga alignment sessions. All sequences are based on the type of students in my class which is why continuation of the practice, as oppose to drop in classes, is key for students wishing to create their journey through these classes.
What will you learn in class?
Vinyasa is a meditation flow and a strong practice whereby breathing is the foundation of the entire practice, You will learn a type of breathing called Ujjaj (fire) breathe and I will explain why and how this will come into your practice. Class sequences will always contain standing postures, balancing postures, seated postures and inversions. I will explain in detail the alignment and in some cases the benefits of that posture within the body. It is a strong practice that everyone can do and will find great benefit in.
Yoga is a lifestyle. The unity of breathing with the postures go hand in hand and you will see how and why. This practice needs to be done continuously to feel its true benefits therefore practicing regularly is recommended.
Class Types
✽ PUBLIC classes will start again in April 2020 at Spinola Parks, more info to come out soon!
✽ CORPORATE classes at your office space - These sessions can be booked as a one-off session for your employees or as weekly/monthly classes within your office space.
✽ PRIVATE Classes can be booked as one-off sessions or regular sessions. Most sessions will be 1 hour duration, depending on the group/individual.
Private class options:
- Individual/Group sessions (1-6 persons maximum), where I will build a sequence specifically for you, based on your body type and what you want out of your yoga practice.
- Private posture alignment sessions (Focusing on the specific postures you wish to achieve, such as headstand, shoulder stand, crow pose.. Is there any posture you think you cannot do and always dreamt of doing? You can!
