As part of MCASTalks, a seminar is being held today 21st March, on Oliver Friggieri, entitled ‘ILLEJLA NĦALLAS JIEN’, at the MRC building. For this occasion, the MCAST Library has set up a small exhibition of his books, which can be viewed in the library.

'𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐞 𝐁𝐞 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟' - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤
The Anne Frank Exhibition, launched on 07/03/2022, has moved to the new Library, 2nd floor, until 18th April 2022.
The Exhibition tells the story of Anne Frank against the background of the Holocaust and the Second World War.
A project by the Tayar Foundation for Jewish Heritage in Malta, in collaboration with Anne Frank House in Amsterdam.

Dear all,
The installation work on the central spiral staircase, in the New Library, has commenced. Some noise disturbance, due to the work, is expected until the end of this month.
The silent floor (level 3) is temporarily open to all, including group work, until work is completed.
Please contact the library reception if you would like to use a silent study room.

On 11th March, 2022, Malta lost a poet, theatre director and art critic - Mario Azzopardi.

This morning the President and Secretary of MaLIA presented a letter of congratulation to Ms. Liza Franco, librarian at MCAST for the successful opening of the new Library at MCAST in Paola.
