As partners of the Erasmus+ project, "A fairer Coaching" (https://afc.assistitaly.eu/ ) the ICCE - Sport Coaching Europe (https://icce.ws/ecc/sport-coaching-europe/) have invited the president of the Malta Sport Coaches Association to join on a Transnational Training and Networking Workshop for Coaches in Sofia.

The ICCE Sport Coaching Europe and the Consortium have allocated another place for another coach to join this workshop aimed at testing the e-leaning course which was developed by the partnership.

*Expenses for flights, airport transfers, accomodation, meals and workshop will be covered by this project*

CANDIDATES WHO FIT THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA MAY APPLY:
- Malta Sport Coaches Association Facebook Members (Join Now!! https://www.facebook.com/groups/419925227111437)
- Female Coaches
- 18 years or older
- Lowest Internationally recognized coaching education certificate (minimum requirement)
- Proof of Official Engagement in Sports Coaching (JobsPlus Certificate or Official Contract to be attached)
SELECTION PROCESS
- Online form to be submitted by Monday 26th August

- Selection Shortlisting will be done on Tuesday 27th August
- Random selection from ALL the valid applicants will be done on https://wheelofnames.com/
- All valid applicants will be invited to an online meeting where the Random selection will be made.
- Those who cannot make it for the online meeting will be receiving a link to the recording of the session for the sake of transparency.

A research collaboration with colleagues from England Sophia Jowett and Turkey Ender Şenel and Ilhan Gamze Adilogulları shows that supportive coach behaviours and healthy coach-athlete bonds build psychological safety within sport teams.

Thankful and humbled to have had the opportunity to work with these top academics!

**I think that the coach-athlete relationship needs to be central in the coaching environment, and hence given its importance in coaching education too.**
