The University of Malta Research Expo is always a fantastic opportunity to step out of the lab and see what everyone else is working on.

One of our own Ph.D. students, Estelle Zahra, under the supervision of Prof Daniela Gatt, was there presenting a poster on her current research on Language profiles of Maltese bilingual children with a history of maltreatment.

Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to ask questions and share feedback.

This research project funded by Hili Ventures Group through RIDT.

Smart Tools for Strong Lives conference organised by Inspire - truly impressed by the innovative tools designed to support neurodiverse individuals. What stood out was the strong emphasis on co-design, with neurodiverse individuals actively involved in developing these apps.

It was great to meet a wonderful mix of professionals, tech developers, and advocates, alongside powerful lived experiences shared by persons with disabilities. Encouraging to see collaboration driving meaningful, inclusive solutions.
