At London Graduate School Malta, our MBA programme is designed to connect academic theory with real-world professional practice.
In our first teaching week, students explored qualitative research methods, focusing on interviews and focus groups. The session placed strong emphasis on trust-building, confidentiality, ethical practice, active listening, and professional communication.
Through this approach, MBA students are developing not only academic understanding, but also the practical skills needed for effective leadership and decision-making in complex business environments.

Why don’t we follow a traditional university structure? 👀
Because the world has changed - and education should too.
At LGS Malta, we’re building a modern approach to higher education designed for today’s students, not outdated systems.
Instead of rigid academic structures, fixed schedules, and one-size-fits-all learning, we focus on:
✔️ Flexible online learning
✔️ Real-world, practical understanding
✔️ Student-led progression
✔️ Optional in-person experiences in Malta 🇲🇹
We believe higher education should adapt to different learning styles, goals, and career paths - not force everyone into the same model.
That’s why we’re creating an online-first learning experience built around flexibility, accessibility, and real engagement.
Our founding cohort is already helping shape this model in real time as we continue building the future of education together.

🎓 Why do many graduates still struggle with employability after higher education?
As industries continue to evolve rapidly across the globe, many students are realising that academic knowledge alone is no longer enough. Employers are increasingly looking for practical skills, adaptability, and real-world experience alongside qualifications.
At LGS Malta, we believe higher education must do more to support students in preparing for the world beyond university - particularly in areas such as:
• 💼 Employability
• 📈 Career progression
• 🌍 Global opportunities
• 🧠 Real-world application of learning
That’s why we’ve developed a student-led, online-first education model designed around flexibility, accessibility, and applied learning.
Our approach focuses on helping students build relevant, future-facing skills for today’s international and digitally connected workforce - while also offering opportunities for academic engagement through our growing Malta-based presence.
As education continues to evolve, we believe learning should be:
✨ more adaptable
✨ more practical
✨ and more closely aligned with modern career pathways
