The Professional Hub facilitated a professional development session with the team at Knights College, focusing on strengthening collaboration and understanding how organisations function as connected systems.

During the workshop Fitting the Pieces Together, participants explored how different roles within an organisation are interdependent and how effective communication, shared responsibility, and professional compassion support stronger teamwork. Through discussion and interactive activities, the session encouraged reflection on how working cohesively across teams enhances the student experience and contributes to organisational success.

Professional development continues to play an important role in building reflective, collaborative teams that grow and succeed together.
