The Individual Learning Program aims to provide opportunities to students to continue their educational program while developing other skills that will help them integrate in society and cope with their everyday life. Aims of the Learning Support Center
• To provide an educational, social and psychological support to students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties (SEBD).
• To create a safe and disciplined environment conducive to effective learning.
• To provide support for their inclusion in the mainstream and the general community.
• To develop a differentiated curriculum and individual psycho-educational support plans for students attending the Learning Support Center.
• To provide students with an opportunity to work on skills and hands-on-activities.
• To help them deal with different life situations and provide them with skills in order to manage difficult situations better.
• To work hand in hand with all professionals, mainstream school, support services, students and parents/guardians.
• To abide also to the National Curriculum Framework. Our Curriculum also include:
• Circle Time Sessions
• Behavior Program
• Anger Management Program
• Emotional Literacy Sessions
• Guidance and Counselling
• Hands-on and Vocational Skills. We look forward to provide all our learners a positive learning experience which helps them become effective citizens.
