What if every Saturday helped your child understand themselves a little better?
This week at Feelings Forest, our children explored something important: discovering what helps them find their calm.
Through discussion, nature based activities, and creative exploration, they personalised their own Calm Kit toolboxes and learned different strategies they can use when emotions feel big or overwhelming. Together, we explored what can disturb our sense of calm, what helps restore it, and how each child may need something different.
One phrase quickly became part of the day:
Pause. Breathe. Notice.
As the children reflected, shared ideas, and customised their toolboxes, they were not just learning about emotions. They were learning practical skills they can carry into everyday life, at home, at school, and beyond.
Most importantly, they had an absolute blast doing it. From exploring nature and spending time with friends to discovering new ways to care for their wellbeing, it was a day filled with learning, laughter, and adventure.
Join us every Saturday in Malta and Gozo as we continue helping children build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, and lifelong wellbeing skills through nature based experiences.

Keeping up with Feelings Forest 🌿✨
This Saturday, our little explorers practiced ways to stay calm when emotions feel big through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and nature 💛
The children explored calming strategies like “pause, breathe, and notice,” creating their own calm toolkits and reflecting on what they appreciate about themselves 🌱
We also had a very exciting surprise visitor… a little frog that completely captured everyone’s attention 🐸✨
From nature walks and outdoor play to friendship, gratitude, and emotional learning, every Saturday brings new little moments that help children grow with confidence and calmness.
Feelings Forest: The Calm Within takes place every Saturday 🌿

Not every child knows how to manage difficult emotions, so we provide guidance and support. 🌿
Yesterday at Feelings Forest: The Calm Within, children practiced a simple yet effective technique:
Pause
Breathe
Notice
As a result, we observed meaningful progress.
The children began to apply these skills.
Through movement, nature, and guided activities, they learned to slow down, recognize their emotions, and respond thoughtfully.
They explored, engaged in creative activities, and participated in a nature walk.
Calm is often best learned through experience rather than remaining still.
In a small group setting, each child received individual attention, support, and guidance at their own pace.
This program offers more than a typical Saturday activity.
It helps children develop lasting emotional skills.
We encourage you to give your child the opportunity to thrive. Reserve their place for next Saturday’s session.
Registration is open 🤍

The first day of our new Feelings Forest: The Calm Within package 🌿
Not every child finds it easy to calm down when they feel overwhelmed…
And not every environment teaches them how.
Today, children explored what calm actually feels like through nature, movement, and simple, guided activities that help them understand their emotions in a way that makes sense to them.
With a smaller group, each child had the space to be seen, supported, and gently guided, without pressure.
This is where children learn:
how to pause
how to notice what’s happening inside
and how to find their way back to calm
Not perfectly, but gradually, in a way that stays with them.
If you’ve been thinking about joining, there is still space to start next Saturday 🤍
