Waiting until 2027 to plan your team’s training could cost more than time❗

Through the current Investing in Skills Scheme, eligible employers may receive funding towards employee training costs, with support depending on the organisation’s size and eligibility

Applications are currently due by 🗓️ 31 December 2026, subject to funds remaining available. Approved training can then be completed by 30 June 2027.

This means you can secure your training plan now and schedule the learning during the first six months of 2027.

A renewal of the scheme may be possible, but it has not yet been confirmed. Delaying could therefore mean missing the current funding window and having to absorb more of the training cost later ⌛

Start planning early, give your team the skills they need and make the most of the support currently available.
