I was one of the shyest kids in class in primary school.

Tomorrow we are organising our 4th public speaking workshop.

The shift we see in participants from the first presentation to the last is what keeps us excited and inspired to organise more of these.

Tomorrow, 14 people walk into Theatre Next Door for a full day of public speaking.

A real stage.
A lot of practice ahead.

In our workshop, people do not just learn about communication, they actually practise communicating better over and over again, receiving feedback whilst applying our SP=MxPITCH/SoW framework.

Cannot wait to see what tomorrow holds.

As from today, we are a team of 3. We are so excited to welcome Greta!

Greta and I have been collaborating for years and we decided to make it official.

Greta is now formally joining the Alex Falzon brand, working alongside us delivering the leadership, customer experience, sales, and coaching work we all believe in.

Her knowledge, energy, and expertise is going to be a tremendous addition, both to our team and to every client we serve.

This isn't just a business arrangement. It's a natural next step for people who've always been aligned on what matters most, growing people.

I met an ex colleague last week and we were reminiscing about how we used to love going to work every morning. Ironically this was during a cost cutting exercise.

So why did we love it?
There was a genuine sense of belonging that came from everyday interactions between us.

Simon Sinek says employees need to love the company before the clients will. So what can we do to positively influence that happiness?

It comes from leadership that creates safety, grows people, trusts autonomy, and sees potential they don’t yet see in themselves.

Multiplier leaders get 1.97x more from their teams, not because people work harder, but because they’re empowered and feel they can grow.
