~ Bang Leong

Spinal Helical Holographic Universe Retreat: Journey to Physical, Mental & Spiritual Healing

The Spinal Holographic Universe Retreat is a healing spiritual practice that leads straight to the origin of your body, mind and soul — far more than simple physical movement. Centered on the human spine as the core link, it builds a bridge connecting the physical body with the cosmic energy field. It guides you back to the pure holographic space, allowing you to let go of all physical fatigue and mental bo***ge while being embraced by universal cosmic energy.

Accompanied by the ethereal melody of Master Hsing Yun’s morning prayer chants, your heart gradually settles into peace and tranquility. This practice helps every cell in your body break free from restraints and fully release your authentic self. No longer trapped by worldly obsessions, labels and trivial disturbances, you return to the purest and most liberated state of life.

During this immersive spiritual journey, your body resonates in harmony with the universe, and your soul engages in deep dialogue with your true inner self. Distracting thoughts are gently cleansed away, negative emotions fade quietly. Your body, mind and spirit achieve perfect balance, bringing about complete inner-to-outer healing. Ultimately, you find the original tranquility and wholeness of life.

Bang。

Exercise Is Forced Compliance, Activities Are the Instinct of Life: True Health From Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Medical Perspectives

Hello everyone. I am Doctor Bang, a clinical psychologist from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Most people cannot tell the difference between exercise and daily activities in ordinary life. They mistakenly believe all physical movements equal good health, yet these two concepts differ fundamentally in original intentions and practical effects. I have seen countless people take up running, fitness training and high-intensity workouts, not out of voluntary willingness, but merely following medical advice, others’ persuasion, or being pushed to lose weight due to overweight issues.

Forced exercise goes against inner desires, and it is essentially misleading and harming your own body. The mind compels the body to do things it resists, resulting in the separation of body and spirit. The brain insists on persistent workouts, while the body feels resistant, tired and exhausted, making the mind and body out of harmony. In the long run, even if physical shapes change temporarily, blood circulation, visceral functions and mental conditions will keep declining. It only brings superficial physical changes instead of genuine health.

From a medical standpoint, reluctant exercise accompanied by negative emotions keeps the human body in a long-term stress state. The brain continuously secretes stress hormones, causing rapid heartbeat, unstable blood pressure and disordered blood circulation. Apart from joint wear and muscle strain, it also increases cardiopulmonary burden, triggering insomnia, anxiety and endocrine disorders. This kind of exercise damages physical fitness and consumes vitality rather than nourishing the body. The human body is born to move by natural instinct. Forced movements break the inherent physical balance, and further aggravate sub-health conditions and emotional disorders.

From physical, mental and spiritual dimensions, true health never comes from forced exercise, but natural daily activities following one’s inner heart. Activities are spontaneous and instinctive physical movements without compulsion or utilitarian purposes. People engage in daily activities not for weight loss, pleasing others or finishing preset tasks, but simply move freely in accordance with personal feelings.

Looking back to ancient times, people walked several kilometers every day to fetch water and carry food. These daily behaviors are natural life activities rather than deliberate strenuous exercise. Nevertheless, these casual and gentle movements effectively maintain people’s physical and mental wellbeing. Natural daily movements relax the body, unblock blood circulation and nourish internal organs, bringing no mental pressure or inner emotional consumption.

Medically proven, mild and spontaneous daily activities bring no extra burden to the human body. They promote systemic blood circulation, activate cell vitality, relieve nervous tension, regulate the gut-brain axis and stabilize emotional hormones. People who stick to natural daily activities enjoy unobstructed physical circulation and peaceful inner minds, which greatly reduces the incidence of modern psychological illnesses such as depression. Those who traveled long distances on foot for daily necessities rarely suffered from emotional troubles and mental distress.

What human beings truly need is instinctive natural activities, not involuntary forced exercise. Exercise derives from external requirements and utilitarian goals, accompanied by inner resistance and pressure. Activities stem from internal motivation and life instinct, bringing physical comfort and spiritual acceptance.

True health is never forcing the body to reach rigid standards, but realizing harmonious resonance among body, mind and consciousness. Let go of anxiety brought by blind forced exercise, and return to simple and natural daily activities. Move casually, live with concentration and follow the instinct of life.

May everyone comprehend the essence of health: stop hurting yourself with reluctant exercise, and stop fighting against your own body. Natural activities conforming to human nature are the most original way of health preservation, the real wellness integrating physique, mind and soul, and the eternal gentle power belonging to all living creatures.
