2024 has definitely been a positive shift and I have been able to prioritize the things that matter to me! Rest and recovery was something that I struggled to implement into my life until I prioritized it. And it’s completely necessary in order for me to perform at my best.
I am happy to announce that I have partnered with and will be using their products to help me rest and recover throughout my 2024 competition season!
